Oregon Wine and Vine Pay and Benefits Survey

Cascade Employers Association is launching its 2020 Oregon Wine and Vine Pay and Benefits Survey which will analyze and report compensation and benefits practices for wineries and vineyards across Oregon. Now is your chance to participate!

The survey report, which will be FREE to ALL participants, provides exclusive wage and salary data for approximately 100 positions, including wine-specific positions and those more common in regular business operations.

The report also includes exhaustive information on practices related to benefits including PTO, healthcare, retirement, and more through over 100 benefit-related questions. The resulting report is a vital tool for managers, HR professionals, and business owners who seek to understand the market and be able to provide competitive and comprehensive employment packages.
